Lou Piniella Autographed Yankees Catch Against Wall Black & White 16x20 Photograph
Lou Piniella spent more than half of his 20-year playing career with the New York Yankees. During his playing days, fiery "Sweet Lou" won the 1969 AL Rookie of the Year and was part of the Yankee squads that won the World Series in 1977 and 1978. Perhaps better known now for his managerial career, Piniella won a third World Series ring in 1990 as manager of the Cincinnati Reds, and has also managed the Yankees, Mariners (twice winning Manager of the Year honors), Devil Rays and his current team, the Cubs. Lou Piniella has hand signed this 16x20 black and white photograph of him jumping high against the outfield wall to catch a long fly ball in the second inning of a game against the Indians at Yankee Stadium on June 23, 1979. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
